In return for allowing you access to Kilkenny Image Beauty Ltd Online Store, we require you to accept the Terms & Conditions of use set out in this notice.
These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of retail goods to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Descriptions and Product Information
All products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. All photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website and any descriptions, photos or illustrations are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard. All Prices are subject to change without prior notice; are quoted in Euro; are inclusive of VAT at 13.5%, 21% or 23%.
All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last. The price you will be charged for a product you have ordered will be the price at which it is on sale in-clinic at the time your order is put together for dispatch.
However, the prices of products may change frequently, in some cases the price at which the product was displayed on this Site at the time you placed your order may not be the same as the price it is on sale in-clinic.
Purchasing Products
Prices of postage and packing, in addition to paying for the products dispatched to you; you will have to pay €6.50 for delivery/postage in Ireland on orders under €100. Free Delivery on orders over €100 (€9 Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland)
Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as possible. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will dispatch the product as soon as possible. Replacement of the same product or refund is available if you experience a fault in the product. This process may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer.
We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. Offers are subject to Terms & Conditions. If we email an offer this cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount code.
You may not cancel or change any of your current orders once payment has been made.
If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure and we will grant you a full refund excluding posting costs.
Delivery will be made to the address you give when you place your order. We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address unless specified in the notes section, where it is safe to do so, or otherwise as near as practicable to that entrance.
We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order within the times you request when you place your order. However, we will not be liable to you if we fail to do so.
Some goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If the person receiving the goods looks under 25, proof of age will be requested. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver.
If there is no answer at the delivery address you give, Image Beauty & Skincare Clinic will notify you of attempted delivery and you will need arrange a future time for delivery. A further charge may become payable for redeliveries.
All claims for damage or shortages must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
We are happy to refund goods returned in saleable condition with the invoice within 7 days. Refund may take 7-14 working days depending on the card issuing bank of the customer. Exceptions apply. Statutory rights not affected.
We take fraud very seriously; any suspected fraudulent transactions will be pursued through the legal system and will be prosecuted. We report fraud to the Gardaí immediately whereupon the delivery address, names, phone numbers and IP Addresses will be used to find and prosecute for the transaction.
Acceptable Use
You acknowledge that you are responsible for all communications sent via or to this website and agree your use of this website for private, proper and lawful purposes only.
You will not carry out any act or omission or procure any act or omission which would damage, delay, interrupt or impair the use of this website or its software, cause any illegal, offensive, defamatory material to be placed on or associated with this website, be in breach of any copyright, trade mark, privacy, confidence, or any other third party right, or cause any inconvenience to Kilkenny Image Beauty Ltd Online Store, its employees, servants, agents, software and other suppliers or any other third party (including, without limitation, creating or procuring software viruses, chain letters, unsolicited communications and ‘spam’).
In the event that you breach any of these conditions, you will indemnify and keep indemnified Kilkenny Image Beauty Ltd on-line shop, its parent, subsidiaries, associated companies, employees, servants, agents, professional advisors, suppliers and affiliates from time to time against all damages, losses, claims, costs, charges, awards, orders, judgments and other liabilities suffered or threatened as a result of a breach of these conditions.
Should you experience a Skin Response
Redness or irratation after using a product is an obvious sign of a Skin Response. But sometimes sensitivity to skincare products can be more insidious causing extreme dryness and flakiness, pimple-like bumps, and uneven skin tone. These seemingly unrelated skin problems may also be a sign that you are sensitive to the products you’re putting on your skin. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
Termination and Suspension
We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your registration and deny your access to all or part of the website or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if:
- You are in breach of any part of this agreement.
- We cannot, for any reason, verify or authenticate any information you provide to us.
- We believe that your actions may cause legal liability for us, you, or any other user.

Any notice, which we are required to give to you regarding the services, may be sent by e-mail or post to the address provided by you on registration (or as amended from time to time).

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us.
We may amend this agreement at any time by posting an amended agreement on our website. Any amended agreement will govern new user registrations from the date that it is posted and existing users will be bound by the amended agreement after the expiry of 14 days following the date of posting.
Nothing in this agreement shall create or be construed to imply any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship between you and us.

Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others shall not be considered as a waiver of our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Any person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement. This does not affect any right or remedy generally available to such a third party in law or otherwise.

Coupon Codes
One coupon code per order. Coupons are intended for single use only. At times, coupons may be limited to one specific site; please check your coupon to verify which site(s) the coupon applies to. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer.

If a coupon is used and your entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in your order, you will be refunded the actual amount paid and your coupon will no longer be valid.
If a coupon is redeemed on a multiple item order, the value of the coupon is divided equally between those items. If one of those items is cancelled, rejected, or issued either a full or partial refund, the coupon savings cannot be transferred to the remaining items in the order.
